I trusted this guy and he ripped me off. Now I am going to have to take him to court to get my money back. Do not hire him.

I was extremely pleased with Dennis Martinez work. He is a very hard working man and very pleasant. He knew exactly what he was doing and turned our over grown palms into pure beauty! We will definitely have him back!

I hired him to remove a tree and shrubs in my house. Took some time, but he came on two trips of two separate days to do it. Work was done well. I was so impressed that when I found out that he also did additional work as an electrician. I hired him to install a sub panel to my garage in addition to completing the stump removal of the tree that he removed. That is when the problem started. He asked for a $600 deposit for the $1400 work, which seemed reasonable. But then he asked for another $200 because the material cost had gone up, which also seemed a bit unusual (would have thought he knew the general cost). Turned out the permit for the job would cost $200, so it is now beginning to look like he charged me for the permit cost by masking it as additional material. Anyway, I am now down of $800 plus the $275 I paid upfront for the stump removal. Work was supposed to be done in early September, but by 9/12, he failed to show up. When I called him, he said he was buying the supplies and that he would be there that day. He again failed to show up. Throughout the following week, he played hard to get and would only respond after some escalation. The final lie was 9/18, the date he set as when he would come to do all the work. By mid-morning he had not shown up, and I am tired of waiting for his work. I am down of $1075 to this guy who took my money and failed to deliver. Lesson learned, do not give anything until you receive the work first. I will be sure to report this guy to any and all reporting bureaus, including the IRS for fraud.

This was the worst service I have ever had experience with. Not only did he not finish the job - his quality of service was just despicable. The job never got finished, and he charged my card 5x the amount that was his due payment. This man ended up costing me over two thousand dollars and countless hours of stress and anxiety. He stole money out of my account and never paid it back. We got the police involved but they could not do much. THIS MAN IS ON DRUGS, DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANY SERVICE. He will scam you and steal your money if you give him your credit card information. The job still is not done (three weeks later), he still owes me $500 dollars that he overcharged me, and is ghosting me at this point now. Talk about customer service... Do not support this *business* that is simply a front for a criminal to come in and scam you for your money. I have absolutely no idea how he has a 4.6-star rating - which what I saw in the first place and thought it would be a good idea to hire his services. I was dead wrong. After stealing money out of my account, I was forced to cancel my card so I would not receive any more charges to it. I called him to see what was going on and where my money was... this man was literally at the casino and gambled away all my money. Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this drug addict/criminal.

Dennis did even more work than asked. He had some great ideas in addition to what I had planned. Dennis is an extremely hard worker!

Willing to do whatever you need. Excellent service. Will be using his services frequently for ongoing projects. 😊
