Jerry provided an estimate on Wednesday afternoon and showed up a few minutes early this morning (Thursday) for our scheduled project. He and his employee pressure washed the entire exterior of my 3,000 square foot duplex. They also washed the sidewalks, back patios and porches. They did it all in just over an hour. I hired Dennis Powerwashing to power wash and paint my driveway. After he reassured that he knew a product that would definitely work, he later found out from the Paint company that the product would not hold up. The project was cancelled. Now I’m back to square one. Jerry was very nice and professional, but I felt he should have cleared it with the paint company before getting my hopes up making a promise he couldn’t keep. I ended up having to pay for powerwashing and sanding that do not help me with my project.
