I selected DR Towsend Construction because the owner Dennis Towsend assured me that he and his crew would do all the work from start to finish without interruptions for other projects. Dennis also kept me informed of progress daily and would discuss any unforeseen and or necessary repairs before implementation . The craftsmanship on the entire project exceeded my expectations. Dennis is super professional and dedicated. Worked with us to make sure we had the same vision for our staircase renovation. And was super responsive to our feedback, despite us moving the goalpost on him multiple times. We couldnâ t be happier with the stairs. If I had to choose three words to describe this business they would be: quality, value, and transparency.

Dennis was fantastic. He did more than he said he would do with excellent quality and superb attention to detail. He took initiative, made great suggestions, and truly helped me evaluate the best course of action for our Siding repair and handrail installation. He was punctual and required no supervision. He knew what was needed and how to get the job done. He is a consummate professional with a wide range of construction and handyman skills and knowledge. I was extremely happy with Dennis's service and am already planning to use him again!
