We have a very busy schedule with 4 children and 3 businesses and can be difficult to pin-point for appointments. He made the process so easy there was no way I wouldn't have used him! In addition, the areas we needed repaired (2 holes from a Great Dane pup), look fabulous!

Denny was very easy to work with my schedule. He came out on a Saturday afternoon. He called to verify he was coming. He is very knowledgeable in his field and was personable. He came in and fixed pet damage to our new carpet in a timely manner and at a decent price. You can not even tell where he replaced the carpet. I am very happy with his services and would hire him for my future carpeting needs!

Denny surveyed the task with a couple of questions and comments. He then brought in appropriate tools, did the work very carefully but in great time, and picked up when done. I would recommend him and use him again
