I have used this company before in the past and I have always been pleased. They were on time the day of the cleaning and got my whole apartment done earlier than expected. The apartment was perfect when they were finished. I will use them in the future on my next place.

Did $350.00 worth of damage to my Grand Piano. Cleaner did not even know how to make a bed. Had to be shown how over 3 cleaning sessions. When I shared it with the owner, I got attitude. The cleaner kept cleaning the house with my Clorox wipes. I told them that Clorox wipes are for surface cleaning not "real" cleaning and they were very expensive.I asked them NOT to use them. It took 3 cleanings again to get it thru to them. I even hid them and the cleaner used them! Then lied to me about it! As another reviewer remarked.... the owners are difficult to get along with, very defensive and proud. I would never trust them in my house again.

"We are so baffled by this review that I will simply provide facts: 1. The damage to the piano did happen but it was never clear if it happened due to our workers (it still is unclear). In spite of that, we sent Claire the check for $325 in a timely fashion. The client must have simply forgotten about that fact. 2. In multiple heartfelt emails and satisfaction questionnaires, this client indicated how happy she was with our services. In fact, this review is a complete mystery to us. However, Claire, we hope you found a great new cleaning company and wish you only the best."

Comunication problem they had a list of cleaning standards and only did a third of them. Tried to worki with the owner (she does not do the cleaing, she was a doctor in her country and isabove cleaning) to no avail. SHe is very confontational and uncooperative. I would NEVER USE THIS PERSON OR HER COMPANY unless you want to flush money down the toilet

"We are definitely able to provide deep, spring cleaning, post-construction clean-up as well as regular thorough cleaning. But we do not clean windows outside and have never listed this service. Unfortunateiy, Mrs Anne, who reviewed my company did not request outside windows cleaning at the beginning. If I new that she needs it I would not spend both her and my time for scheduling this job."

The cleaning person arrived 30 minutes late with no phone call telling me she would be late. I had her redo some of the work before she left, but after she left I found more unsatisfactory work. Yelena said right away that she would come the next day and correct the deficiencies. She did and my townhouse was properly cleaned.

I hired CS Cleaning to do a one time spring clean, but I will use them now for routine cleaning. They did a great job with the cleaning, and worked hard to get the job done well and on time. The only issue I have was that they were about an hour late getting to my house, and had only one person working most of the day. She wasn't aware until a few hours into the job that I needed to have the job done by mid afternoon. ( I had told Yelena the time frame for the project when we first spoke) By the end of the day, there were three women here working very quickly to get done on time. They did a great job, but may need to work on timing

The pricing was very competitive and the woman we spoke with was quite thorough and professional. The team arrived a little late & I do feel they should have called me, not the other way around. When the team of 2 arrived, they got straight to work and did a very good job. Windows (inside and out) were part of the job. They did an absolutely great job there!! Tracks were cleaned, slats washed etc. All in all, a very good job for a very fair price. When they were done the house really did look and smell �spring cleaning� clean I would definitely recommend them again

The people sent to our home for a first-time cleaning exceeded anything we might have expected. Cleaned 10 yers of soap scum off the main shower door I was about to replace. Excellent!

I hired CS Cleaning services to clean up a rent house that I was moving out in hopes of getting a large deposit back, and it was well worth it. I got my deposit back, and the work done was excellent. I couldn't have asked for more.

Post Construction Clean up
Everything was great. We were quite happy. The client had a marble kitchen which was difficult to clean and they left a film on it. I cleaned it with a specific marble/granite cleaner. That is the only suggestion I have. Other than that everything was A+. Thanks so much.

Excellent responsiveness and work. The team of two were very hard workers, they were meticulous, and my house looked wonderful afterwards. It was my first time having house cleaners, and I wasn't sure how I would like having other people come into my home - but they really listened to me, were very nice, and did things just the way I wanted them. It was a real treat and I'll use them again. A very good value.
