Our experience with them was very good. They have very good customer service. They worked with us to flesh out our ideas and it turned out great. And when a problem arose later, they took care of it without any questions.

We recently contracted with Denver Deck Builders to replace an existing TREX ground level deck. In addition to the deck, we contracted Denver Deck Builders to install TREX post cap lighting and stair riser lighting. Prior to the lighting being installed, we asked the crew from Denver Deck Builders about protecting the wiring and were told it was never a problem. Within three weeks, we discovered that the exposed wiring was chewed and our deck lighting failed. The construction installers were easy to work with and obviously took pride in their work. The problems arose with dealing with the owner, CEO, Ron Gibas. The TREX lighting brochure clearly states, *ALWAYS protect wire that is close to the ground with conduit or wire loom to prevent rodent damage*. The TREX brochure language indicates that rodent damage is a potential problem and Denver Deck Builders had an obligation to advise the homeowner of options to avoid this from happening, but this was not done. When we tried to address our concerns with Mr. Gibas he said *it was not his problem*. When the TREX recommendations were brought to his attention he again denied responsibility. There was no attempt to reconcile our lighting failure and Denver Deck Builders simply walked away from our project and advised us to deal with it ourselves. Denver Deck Builders showed no interest in accepting any responsibility for their failure to meet defined recommendations. Denver Deck Builders and Mr. Gibas showed no attempt to establish any sort of customer satisfaction. Dealing with the CEO, Ron Gibas, was both frustrating and futile. We strongly advise against dealing with Denver Deck Builders for your deck project.

They had the best price estimate out of three companies we contacted. Our experience was that most companies didn’t want to work on “smaller” projects in residential areas. DDB tore down and rebuilt our 5x8 deck and stairs and had the job done in less than a week. Very happy with final product, very good value for the money

Tyler was knowledgeable and helpful. My old deck was big and rotting and I needed to replace it. I had limited funds and Tyler was able to give to help visualize what size deck would be good for me with a price I could afford. Austin was in charge of the actual job of building the deck. He let me know what was going on and discussed different ways we could do a few things like access to the water for the hose and the back of the steps to be open or closed. Both Tyler and Austin communicated throughout the whole process. I appreciated everything they did. I loved the deck when finished and could not be happier! I highly recommend Denver Deck Builders!

Very happy with the total process, from estimate to finished product. The work was completed sooner than I expected, clean up was great, deck is beautiful.

Every person that I had contact with was very professional. The guys always showed up on time. They answered any questions that I had. I would use them again.

Denver Deck builders built a beautiful deck for us and at a very reasonable and fair rate. Overall the quality of work is good. My frustration with them was the lack of communication throughout the project and how long it took to get rolling once we agreed to build with them. It was hard to contact and get answers, but I will say Matt and the team were very honest throughout the process and trustworthy.

Tyler was great to work with and his crew did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Ron's family are just like ole Dad , Wonderful personalities and so do his other employee's Their workmanship is A1 . I'm very happy with my deck . very sturdy , beautiful and the ramps are strong and have a great incline . These guys are the ones you used to get for quality work and Just great guys .
