Good quality work. Quick to respond and schedule. My issue was the quote was essentially double what the actual labor hours and materials used ended up being. I asked if that could be adjusted and was told no.

Communication was very difficult (not answering phone calls) and they did not have the project done when they said they would. Also, they have abandoned the job and told me they would come back the next day and they would not show up for a few days. Not very cheap and the work is not high quality. They had left trash and the debris from the work in the warehouse and had promised me that they would clean up their mess.

The workers were very polite and friendly. They were respectful of COVID by wearing masks. They did a superb job, especially with retexturing the walls.

We hired Denver Drywall to take the popcorn off the ceiling at a house we just purchased. They started on a Saturday and things looked to be coming along as they should. They needed to come back on Sunday to finish things up. We contacted them on Sunday evening to find out if the work was finished. They confirmed that they were done so we were able to have a cleaning crew come in on Monday. When our cleaning crew arrived they called us immediately because there had been such a mess made of our house. They FaceTimed us to show us that the floors had been exposed and were covered in drywall material and some paint, there was paint splattered and drywall material on our kitchen countertops and other surfaces throughout the house. There was a line of paint and splatter that ruined a fan fixture, all of the canned lights in the kitchen had been sprayed over with paint and there was paint dripping from ceiling onto our stone fireplace, blinds and kitchen cabinets. We were shocked to see the blatant disregard for our home. When speaking with them about these issues, they claimed that the floors had been covered the entire time. What they didn't know was that we had seen them uncovered that morning when we were on FaceTime with our cleaning crew. I left work early to see the house myself and when I got there, no one was there and our front door had been left wide open. I took many pictures of the damage that had been done. My husband met Luis there after a few hours and he was at the house making attempts to clean up some of the mess. My husband told him that the damage he had done to our house was unacceptable and that he would never have treated his own home or a family member's home with such disregard. We asked him to leave and expect that the damages will be paid for.

They did a great job, very friendly and accommodating.

Luis and team is great at their job. We are very happy with the finish, they fixed it right and left it strong as new as it is. Have already planned few projects to re-hire his team.
