Prompt but rushed, did the job but it was mid.

I was impressed by Caleb from the moment he got her. He was courteous and efficient. I have a very complicated dryer vent,. He took the time to figure out the best way to clean it and was very respectful of the property. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We hired Denver Ducts to clean all our vents and returns. The tech was Courtney. He was very professional. He explained each step he was going to do. He was careful to protect wood posts and walls. Courtney worked very hard for about 4 hours cleaning ducts etc. He showed us some pictures of the ducts before and after as he was working. I would recommend this company.

Jonathan, Steve and Richard were great. They cleaned all my vents, ducts and serviced 2 furnaces. Very professional and honest guys.

My tech Keith, I believe that was his name, was very courteous and professional. He took time to look everything over and give me a good rundown of what to expect. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was cleaned out well, showing before and after pictures all along the way. I would definitely recommend Denver ducts to others.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. After paying $450 to to get our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned we came to realized that they never even bothered to clean our dryer vent. When we called to inform them that there were no completed photos of our dryer vent after being cleaned they were unable to provide proof/photos that it was even cleaned. After they were unable to provide proof that it was cleaned, they wanted us to pay full price for a dryer vent cleaning after we already paid for it to be completed. We have called the customer service line 3 times and have asked for our dryer vent to be cleaned because it was never done in the first place and we have been told that a *supervisor* will call us back. We have not heard back from anyone and our dryer vent is still clogged because the cleaning was never accomplished. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY TO ANYONE.

The serviceman, Aman, was prompt, professional, and very hardworking. He spent more than 2 hours cleaning ductwork, and took time to show us the photos of the duct and furnace dirt which prompted us to have extra cleaning done on the furnace. The previous duct cleaning company had only spent 45 minutes vacuuming. This cleaning was immaculate. We are going to have Denver Ducts do a furnace tune-up next, and will consider having them install a new HVAC in the future!

The team was initially hired to clean the ducts in a home we just bought. While cleaning, we learned the 26year old furnace appeared to never have been maintained. It was in rough shape, but working. They cleaned and showed me all the areas of concern. I decided about 3 days later that I donâ t want to have problems down the road, and it was time to replace. They gave me a very competitive quote, and included the quote for new AC as well. I did check around, and I was happy with the quote and work done, so I scheduled. The team was in and out under the time allotted. Itâ s been a few weeks now since the install, and I am super happy with the decision, and the quality of work. They even reached back out to check on how things are going and to see if I had questions after a week of use. Just thorough and quality work.
