Owner, Todd Tetrev, has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. His career started out in the custom home building industry, and now, has transformed into basement finishing and remodeling. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and wish they could do all my other projects. The project was completed on time and I was very comfortable with them having access to my home while I was at work. Being a single woman and first time homeowner undertaking renovations for the first time, this was very important to me. I would recommend them to anyone. We are very very happy with basement remodel! Couldn't be happier! My wife found them at a Denver Home Show. Everything was on-time, and great service! It was professional! This was done while we lived in the home and did not impede with our normal lifestyles. It was great!

Between Todd and Brook the design was amazing, and great work. Went above and beyond on our product. Todd and Brook did a wonderful job and the craftsmanship was amazing and beyond what we expected. They were kind, courteous and pleasant to work with. I have highly recommended them to others already.
