Very nice people with great ideas about my project. I am not sure that I was told that Matt would not be working on the project. The worker was reliable, showed up on time, etc. However, he had to do everything on his own. There were times when the project really needed 2 people, but he was on his own. The end result looks 100 times better than my old room, however, the project was rushed at the end and the finish work was a bit sloppy. Messy grout, one cracked tile, painted edges not pristine, one wall that really needed a bit of retexturing before it was painted. The problems are minor and I am probably the only one that will notice them. I did not complain about this - I was just happy to have the work completed and spent a couple of days touching up as best as I could. I would use them again, however, because they are nice people and reliable. In the future, I would probably stick to smaller jobs (if they take smaller jobs), but not for a whole room remodel, unless I could be assured that the worker would have back up help when needed.

Matt and Christina were great! They were really able to work with me on scheduling and rescheduling my bathroom remodel when I ran into issues. I had them remodel 2 bathrooms, mainly updating one and adding a shower into a second bathroom from the closet in the room next door. Most contractors said it couldn't be done but Matt made it work and the subcontractor Mark did an amazing job! The project was finished early and came in under budget! I will definitely be calling them again for any other work I need done!

I hired the service to remove two window A/C units as well as fix a door. The door was a unique situation. It was a closet door, with the furnace installed in the closet. The door had a mesh insert which had been cut to allow room for the furnace. Matt had a great idea to fix the door so it looked good but was still operable. I appreciated the creativity because I was at a loss of how to fix it. Kevin and Tim completed the work and they did a fantastic job. I live in an older home so everything took longer than anticipated but they rolled with the punches and made sure everything was completed well. Matt responded to initial contact promptly and continued to respond to emails and phone calls throughout the project. He uses an online system for bids and payment which I found very convenient. I felt the charges were competitive and clearly laid out. I've had bad experiences with other handyman services in the past. Matt, Kevin and Tim were great and I will use them again in the future.
