The crew (4) on time, less than three hours replaced both the A/C and furnace. The one thing I would like but did not receive was a detailed invoice/bill to show exactly what items were replaced and labor cost, all I received was a e-mail saying "Paid" Was not offered a "senior discount" ref: reviews, Earl R. in Pearl, MS.

Correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at a reasonable price the same day. I had done some research online regarding the steps a reputable HVAC tech would do to correctly make this repair, and Casey did exactly what the article had stated! Will use them again and highly recommend to others.
