Terrible company. Employee not knowledgeable in how to repair the appliance. Home advisor also did not make the appointment with the company even though they sent me an email with an appointment time. In addition, follow up phone call from home advisor - person was rude and never shut up. I will necver use Home advisor again.

the first repair didn't work and had to return with another tech to fix it. Damaged door track when moving appliance. Only serve my area 2 day a week and took a whole week to come back. Communicating with the office was difficult. Office did not call me when promised. Second repair tech was very good. Overall would seek some where else next time.

CAME SAME DAY I REQUESTED SERVICE. WASHER NOT WORTH FIXING. RICH SAID COULD GET NEW ONE NEXT DAY(THIS WAS A THURS). TOOK TILL TUES AND I HAD TO CALL THE DELIVERY PEOPLE 2 TIMES FOR A TIME. THEY CAME 5PM TUES NITE. WAITING FOR RICH TO COME BACK AND REGISTER WASHER ....PART OF THEIR SERVICE HE SAID
