Tim was super friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I hired him to install two of my smart thermostats. I just bought my condo so he checked my HVAC unit and thank God he did because my Freon was very low and it was very dirty. His service plan was very affordable. He also checked my air filters for me as well as helped with a security camera and a leak under my sink. Such a sincere, hardworking and kind man. I give him the HIGHEST recommendation.

"Thank you, Abe, for your four-star review. I appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding the limited access to measure the superheat and subcool on the condenser coil. Unfortunately, the design of the coil does not provide any physical means to clamp sensors onto the suction line and the liquid line. As a result, we are unable to gather that specific information for you. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with."

My A/C died the night before I was leaving town on one of the hottest days in July. I called a friend for the name of the company she had a just used and she referred me to Tim. I called and he come over immediately. He fixed the problem and pointed out a couple of areas my previous vendor had overlooked. He was very professional, and helpful. I’ll use Tim to service my HVAC units from now on.
