Can't fairly evaluate "value for money" since I did not get other quotes. I have no reason to believe the price for repairs was not competitive and was certainly a much better value than having to replace windows. Tim was also very candid about which windows would not benefit from repair. I would call him again and also consider him for other projects in the future.

The contractor was very personable, knowledgable and cost efficient. He provided me with options on two small challenges and completed them to my great satisfaction. He is reasonably priced and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I will recommend Dependable Home Maintenance to all of my friends and acquaintances.

I called him for an egress window and Tim didn't do those but called to suggest others who did. I asked him to estimate replacing a window with a door and hired him for that. He thought out the process and potential problems, did careful and good work. I thought the price was reasonable and in spite of adding a couple things the final cost was close to the estimate. The door looks great! He was professional and friendly, and gave me suggestions for doing other work myself. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to my friends.

What a great guy (Tim) but even better was the work quality.

They replaced and fixed siding on our house and repaired some trim/fascia on the house. I was very pleased with them and the price was very reasonable compared to other bids we received. I would highly reccomend them to anyone and I will definately use them again. The work looks GREAT!!!!!!!!
