They are punctual and dependable. I can trust them to do the job correctly and work around my family's schedule. I am uncomfortable with their paperless system, but then I'm old school.

They came out a few weeks ago to help us get rid of ants. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He told us that someone would follow up with us to schedule a 7-10 day check. No one has followed up and it has been over 3 weeks now. The ants have mostly died off but are not entirely gone. They would have gotten a perfect review had they followed up with us like they promised.

Our long time provider appears to have gone out of business, so we asked Home Advisor for recommendations. We chose Dependable based on the reviews and the proximity. Had our first treatment today, and I was very satisfied with their customer service and focus, and their knowledge. Will be happy to update as we get more experience with them over time.

I needed quick service to get rid of wasps in my house. They were there when needed. They also cost less then the corporate bug/pest control companies and they didn't try to sell me services I didn't want/ need, unlike the corporate companies I contacted.

I needed help quickly when I found carpenter ants in my roof. They had a service person at my home within 30 minutes to evaluate the problem and had the second service person at my home in two hours to do the spraying of the affected area and then do the entire house. Highly recommend this company.
