We scheduled our appointment for the inspection of two properties in Hudson County for July 8, 2020. Mark Radko called just before the set time to advise he was running very late. Since the buildings I asked him to appraise are an hour-ride from where I live, I said I would wait for him because I needed to have the appraisals done as soon as possible. He arrived 3 hours late. After completing both property inspections, I paid him in full by check that day as customary for this service. During our initial phone call, Mark assured me he would have both appraisals finished in a couple of days. Since the inspections, via a string of texts and emails over the past months rendering promises - I will be working on it today, it will be in sometime tonight or tomorrow morning - I did receive one of the two appraisals on August 24, 2020, 47 days after the inspection. I am still waiting for the second appraisal as of today, September 10, 2020, and it has been 63 days. I would not recommend Mark Radko service. His business seems to me a misnomer for it is certainly not dependable; if clients need to chase for paid reports. Update 9-11-2020 I did receive a second appraisal both are very good quality

Patty R- I was very happy with Bill. not only did he call me the minute i req service, but he understood the need to have it done quickly and was here in 2 days. report done in 24 hours. so thorough. did not rush.. He checked everything possible and gave good advice.. would highly recommend him to anyone I know in need of a home inspection. Well worth the fee.

First, I received a phone call from Scott Zotollo after I filled out the form for Home Advisor. I hired him to appraise my house and property because I decided to contest my real estate tax increase. He told me that it was not worth the money because I lived in an expensive area and the comps indicated that my house was worth what it was assessed for. My lawyer concurred. Scott saved me a lot of money and I will turn to him the next time I need an appraiser.

"I do quality work. Quality takes time. A correctly documented, researched and carefully analyzed Report regarding Valuation, data gathering and the Best possible Comparable Sales takes time. A hastily done report of compromised quality and utilizing inferior or even non-Comparable Sales helps no one. A correctly completed job should be of far greater value to the Client than being a day or two "late". For every one of these ratings where the homeowner does not like a Market Value of which I have ZERO control over, there are 100 Owners whom appreciate and love my work and do not write a Review."

The turn around time was late after I was guaranteed by the tech himself that I would receive it on the date expected. After calling the next day to find out what happened I was yelled at and he was very rude. Once I finally received the appraisal I called because I had questions about the report and was told not to call his phone anymore. That behavior was not warranted and I would not recommend this company for anyone.

"I basically never respond to a Customer's Comments, yet in this case, I have to defend myself and my Company's reputation based upon a disgruntled customer's View of the External Market's Effect upon the Value of the surrounding Neighborhoods' properties that Affected her Property. Ms. L called me 4 times quite early one morning, getting upset finally with the Estimated Mkt Value given, Not with the Quality of the Rpt! The Mkt data was checked and verified multiple times. I finally had to say to her to call me back Only after she actually Reads the Appraisal Rpt, which even she admitted was not done. I cannot Control Low Home Values."

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS PERSON,I THOUGHT THAT WHEN HE CAME TO APPRAISE MY HOUSE ON OCT.1, 2010, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE A DAY OR TWO. TODAY IS OCT.12 AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE REPORT. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED; FURTHERMORE THE CHECK HAS ALREADY BEEN CASHED.
