Our home inspection is a comprehensive visual examination of the homes readily accessible major structural,mechanical and electrical components. Roofing, attics, basements and built in kitchen appliances are also part of the inspection.We utilize various sensors to check for moisture intrusion, presence of carbon monoxide, and combustible gasses. Mold testing is also available if the need arises. We are licensed (Illinois Home Inspector#450.0003162) by the Illinois Dept. of Professional Regulation and are fully insured. "Extra testing requested after the base price is quoted will obviously cost more. Mold laboratories don't work for free. Neither do I. The attic(and home)were filthy and access was difficult at best."
