Working with Chris and his company was a great experience. I got a great price and great work. I had two 220V circuits, two 110v circuits added, with outlets and also one extension cord made up. The work was neat and done in a very timely manner. Deploy Electric is now my go-to electrical contractor.

The technician spent most of the time talking on his phone so the job took longer than necessary. Refused to give me an estimate before starting work. Then tried to charge much more than the company manager had promised before finally accepting what I had expected to pay. He didn't replace the small wires or box but did perform a difficult installation very well.

We did give you a discount because you were not willing to pay the full amount on a simple task which you tried correct and was installed incorrectly. We explained to you before we came there is a fee for us to come and fix your electrical issue. The technician was there for 30mins, plus. We are a professional company trying to do quality work for customers like yourself and we have certain protocols to meet the expectations of customers. A service call requires a bit of finance to keep our technicians in.
