I tried to be efficient and save money by installing my own garage door opener on my new home. Soon found out I needed assistance from a professional I contacted Derby Strong Garage Doors for assistance. They (Zack) were great to work with and very responsive. They had my opener installed and working within 24 hours. The installation crew was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I will highly recommend this organization to my future neighbors when they complete their newly built homes.

Zack was great, he talked me through the entire process and told me exactly what I would be getting for the quote. He worked with my schedule to get it installed on the date I requested. The installer was professional and very experienced. Usually it is a two person job, but the guy was able to install everything himself.

I worked with Zack to replace a garage door at a rental I manage maintenance for. From start to finish he communicates effectively and gets the job done, all while communicating his timing with residents so everyone was on the same page. Resident was very happy and he did it for a great price!!
