I was happy to have Derek so involved with the work that was being done. He stopped by to make sure the job was progressing as it should and to explain to us what was being done. I was relieved that he worked with the insurance company to make sure that they covered the expenses involved in getting what we needed.

Dean worked with our insurance company to get our roof replaced, other contractors could not. Professional, on time, with excellent clean-up. Even washed new skylights! Highly Recommended.

Great experience. Did a whole main floor overhaul inclusive of removing a wall. I knew exactly what I wanted and they listened and offered great suggestions and recommendations. The process along the way was great. The project management was second to none with a full project plan prior to starting and they stayed on top of it the whole way. I knew exactly what was happening each day. In the end, I worked with great people and the kitchen turned out better than I even imagined. I will definitely be reaching out when we start our next project!

Dercon worked with us to create the open kitchen/dining/living room area that we had dreamed of. Ryan and Dean really listened to what we wanted. They were willing to explore options that allowed us to include all of the vital pieces of our project. Any challenges that we encountered along the way were efficiently resolved. The entire team was professional and so fun to work with. We highly recommend them!

The project took 3 months to complete. People subcontracted to complete with work were not familiar with TimberTech decking. Due to lack of knowledge some reworking was required to complete the project. Dean Marquette was responsive to resolve issues to mutual satisfaction. The project cost more than initial estimate but would contact the company for future projects.

Dercon has a great team to work with. We recommended them to our son, who also used them for his basement remodel. We would recommend them to anybody.
