Derek and his team have now done three jobs for our furniture manufacturing business, outside and inside concrete floors, they are professional, efficient, and they always come in at the fair quoted price.

In May 2023, we needed new aluminum fence built quickly, for new dog. Derek Page was recommended by a neighbor, so we contacted him, decided on type of fence, then after signing couple of online payment/contract forms, paying a deposit, he was to start the job w/in a few days (contracted out). Unfortunately, at that time I was also going through unprecedented trials, dealing w/my own father?s care for months, then death, Estate/Will, from 1,200 miles away. BUT, unforeseen was lawsuit brought on by others I trusted, which led to unanticipated financial hardship, fighting lawsuit. I contacted Derek & wife(Anne- Marie) explaining situation, making clear we had every intention to pay, just needed little more time. They had no mercy. Ultimately, workers did crap job w/cheap hardware, which we replaced. Then we had panel get bent by deer, contacted Derek just for product make/model so could replace ourselves, we were told ?only available in bulk,? no help at all! Would NOT recommend!

Wow!! Page Concrete was amazing! They have great communication and were timely and responsive. On the day of the project they arrived bright and early and worked hard. They did a beautiful job adding stamped concrete to our driveway. Worked fast and neat and made sure it was perfect by the time they finished. We were incredibly pleased and happy with their service and work. Would highly recommend!

Derek met with me and took the time to explain the process to me. He and his team tore out the crumbling cinder block, concrete, and brick. They rebuilt a solid concrete front stoop and stairs. They did initially miss a small area on the side of the steps behind a large bush, but it was fixed quickly once it was discovered (I didn’t notice until I was doing yard work). He was even willing to build wooden railings for me if I wanted, but opted to have someone else install vinyl railings. They were punctual, and they did a great job!

These gentlemen do excellent work and did so for the price as quoted. In anticipation of inclement weather they contacted me 2 days in advance of the scheduled installation. They were able to shift schedules and completed the project a day earlier to avoid weather issues. Very pleased with the work and will definitely use them again.

Page Concrete exceeded my expectations. They poured seven yards of Concrete in my garage that previously had an asphalt floor. They also installed a trough drain across the front of the garage to direct rain from the driveway away from the front of the garage. Their work and customer service is first rate.

Page Concrete installed a stamped concrete patio, walkway to it, and retaining wall. It is beautiful!!! Dennis and his crew were very professional, kept in touch regularly thru the entire process, and showed up when he said they would. He even called after it was complete to make sure I was happy with the results. Highly recommend them!!

I had a concrete pad poured behind my garage. Dennis and his crew were professional. When we encountered some hurdles, they problem solved in a way that worked with my budget, and were all around good to work with. I would hire them again.

I rely heavily on word of mouth recommendations. I received Page Concrete's information from a friend who had some work done. Their work looked great and I called to get an estimate. Mr. Page was on time for my estimate and very friendly. His pricing was very fair for my the job I wanted. He scheduled 811 location services and was on time to have his crew complete the work. His team work very hard and completed everything on in one day! The clean up was great, you could hardly tell all that equipment was here and dirt had been moved. I had my driveway slightly widened and my patio extended across most of the back of my house. Communication was great! I highly recommend Page Concrete.

Great Job. Walkway in front looks amazing. So much all my neighbors are complimenting me. The patio extension in the back matches the existing patio perfectly. Looks like it was always there. Very pleased.

First of all, Page sold the company to a guy named Doyle, and these are not any of the same guys. So the positive reviews here need to be taken with a large grain of salt. He poured a 16X22 brushed concrete patio for me. Simple enough right? Well, he removed the forms too soon (immediately after the pour) with wet concrete still stuck to them resulting in a major low spot where water rushes off washing out my mulch bed. When I called him on it, his reply was:**the waters gotta go somewhere**. And, no, I am not making this up. Then he tried to say that it was because I did not backfill, which, of course, I did. When I showed him pictures as proof, I never heard from him again. When it dried, it was full of cracks. And not hairline. And not in a couple of spots. Major cracks. In 12 different places. His response? **I do not know how we could have missed those**. So, his guys came out to patch them, and six weeks later, they are COMPLETELY different color than the rest of the patio. Not even CLOSE. He tried to tell me that they would blend in when they **cured**. Honestly? And the cracks are not really fixed, they just have discolored goop hiding them. After all this, he simply stopped returning emails and phone calls. This is how he **stands behind his work**. I will say that his guys were hard workers and I made sure to give them a tip. Their boss just did not have the knowledge or expertise to guide them to a professional result. This was a disaster from beginning to end. And not only did I NOT recommend him to my neighbors, but when they saw the patio, they decided immediately to use someone else. Why would anybody want to go through this nightmare? I have detailed pictures so I have hired an attorney to pursue a legal remedy. A final thought. HomeAdvisor is an extremely reputable source and they verify all reviews before allowing them to be posted. This allows for fairness to both the homeowner and the contractor. I submitted dozens of photos substantiating the claims that I made in this review. It simply would no be posted without proof. I made numerous attempts to contact Mr. Doyle to offer him the opportunity to either correct the defects or refund my money. He simply does not reply so I have proceeded with legal action.

Dennis and his crew did a fantastic job. They would arrive early in the morning and put in a hard day work. My neighbors have compliment on how the replacement driveway looks.

Dennis and his crew were here at 7:30 am to repair one driveway and to install another driveway. They worked until 6 pm to get the job completed in one day. Throughout the process I was asked to be involved and to give my input. It was a professional job at a reasonable price.

They kept me informed the entire time , yes I would recommend .
