I was glad to find Derrick French and his crew when my roof started leaking. They were experienced with roof repair and sealed the bricks and cracks in my chimney also! His honesty, good communication skills, and showing up in a timely manner are greatly appreciated as well as his sincere way of doing business. Mr. French was very professional. He did not charge me but immediately repaired my roof and said he would return if the repair still leaked. He also gave me a reasonable cost to replace my roof.

He responded and came on time, he did not bill me because the job was small even though he purchased shingles to do the job. He also gave me advice on a couple other concerns I had. I paid him what I thought other contractors might charge a true gentleman.
