Derryck called me within minutes after my visit to Home Advisor. He was at my house the next morning. He set traps and put screens over the hot water heater closet vent to the outside. That was surely how the rat--who met his fate within days--entered my house. Excellent, professional service.

He called within 10 minutes of my request and came out the next day. So easy to work with!

I liked that he cared about the animals. It was raining on day he picked up raccoon in cage and he covered the cage after putting it on truck so animal would stay dry. That showed me compassion for the animals and I like that.

Derryck was prompt and professional. He was really good about communicating when he was going to start the job and didn't push hard to get extra or unnecessary work done. I will happily hire Derryck again.

Professional, timely, great customer service and very knowledgeable

Derrick was very helpful and knowledgable. He came out and did the initial assesment then returned the follwing day to perform the work on the outside of the house as well as setting the traps. He was suppose to be out once a week for the first month then every other week for 2 months then as needed untill the rodent problem was eliminated. He made it out 1 week after the initial set-up to place some poison bates then 2 weeks later and another 2 weeks after that. I will not be continuing the service through Derryck Pest Control because we cant seem to "catch up" on a regular basis and the weekly check-ups never happened.

He did an excellent and the mission was accomplished!

Derryck Pest Control answered my request almost immediately since it was on a holiday weekend. He was here when he said he would be and took care of the removal of a dead skunk in the back yard. He also went above and beyond in helping to eliminate termites from the shed ramp. He is one person you can count on to do whatever needs to be done. His rates were reasonable and he made countless trips to my property to make sure no more small animals were destroying my yard. I will certainly hire him again should I have any more problems with pesky animals.

Although I VERY RARELY write reviews, I had to take the time to do this one for DERRICK MILLER, the owner at DERRYCK PEST CONTROL -- as he did an exceptionally conscientious job on my property !!! I had an EXTRA-TOUGH job for him -- as this is an old, historic 1890 house -- with TONS of openings for rodents and larger pests. He not only personally came out on THREE successive days -- including both Saturday and Sunday even -- but also FOLLOWED UP afterwards -- exactly as he said he would. He is the genuine personification of true dedication and professionalism. We all would be much better off with more dedicated people in the locally owned business world like this !!! He is a truly fine person -- and a true professional. NO question whatever that DERRYCK PEST CONTROL is proudly recommended by me and will be my "go to" source for all my pest control needs in the future.

Derrick provided customer service far beyond that of the larger companies in the area. He was professional, courteous, and on time. He answered his phone on a Sunday morning (first time called) while his competitors did not return Saturday emergency wildlife removal calls until Monday or in some cases never.

Terrible! Ruined our ceiling even though all he needed to do was patch a hole in the attic. There are now nails coming through my son's bedroom ceiling. We will now need to have all the work redone & have the ceiling fixed. Do not hire this person!

Very personable and took the time to hear my issues then explained in detail how he would take care of them. Very reasonable as well.

Derryck put out two traps and caught the possum within two days. Last year a different pest service never caught anything.
