Excellant work, courteous, timely. Took a very dirty light colored rug and made it like new.... also did a great job on the sofa and chair. definately would rehire him in the future.

Derwin was on time and started right away. He explained on how our carpet over the years have formed a pattern and that is how it is with the quality of the carpet. In the future, he suggests moving around the furniture so the traffic goes in a different direction. I would highly use Derwin again for our carpet cleaning needs.

First off it was very refreshing to have a service company actually show up on time, 2nd Derwin was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about his profession. I would most definitely recommend him for service needed to anyone I know or meet. Also the man wasted absolutely no time at all, as he was a very efficient worker.
