I was told that the technician would show up between eight and 11. He showed up just after 11, didnâ  t have the right tools to do the job and then left saying I would hear back with a reschedule to fix the electrical outlets. I have never heard from the company again

They needed to run power inside a 14 inches ceiling for two ceiling fans, with no attic space. I pictured a lot of holes in walls and ceilings, but it was amazing what they did with just a few cuts. Extremely careful, clean, courteous, and prompt. Scott S

These people are a prime example of **bait and switch**, and, while they think they did me a favor by not charging me for the entire 6 hours that the two electricians were out here doing two electrical outlets in my garage, it was just the tip of the slew of misrepresentations I was given initially. What I was initially told before the job started was that they were just going to send one electrician and that it should not be more than 2 hours of work and the price for that was $95 for the first hour and $75 for the additional hour plus materials. We were going to run wiring up the wall through my attic and to the breaker panel which was less than 15 feet away but instead, they recommended that we do conduit on the side of the house which to me does not look good. They likely recommended the exterior conduit alternative because it would be more materials that they could charge me for and time for bending the conduit and attaching all the fittings that that is supposed to go on to it. so it ended up costing me a little over double what I thought the maximum cost was going to be for this job. This was my first experience with HomeAdvisor and now it will be my last not to mention that Desert Elite electricians will never get any repeat business from me and all I can say if you choose to hire these people, watch out.
