He was very professional. He helped me set up the new thermostat and was very patient when I had questions. Thanks for recommending Desert Freeze.

Professional and was committed to doing a quality job.

Esteffon was very professional and efficient in replacing my thermostat. He did a great job.

They had my AC working again less than 2 hours after my initial call on a record heat day.

I would highly recommend, Esteffon was very polite, professional, clean, and always wore a mask. Pricing was very reasonable and we noticed significant improvement to ac efficiency immediately.

Timely, friendly, knowledgeable and less expensive

The owner of the company came to our rescue he was truly professional and very knowledge everything went so fast and thanks Esteffan you saved our lives. Great job! Look no more this is the company to use.

I highly recommend Esteffon , owner of Desert Freeze. He helped and fixed my AC and found parts that others had a difficult time finding . I received quotes from other companies and they were much more expensive. Esteffon is professional, skilled, and honest. He fixed a problem that a different company was responsible for , and I am very pleased with his work . I will continue to use him and I am happy that I found a smaller company with such personal attention. It s important to shop local and support smaller business owners.

Esteffon arrived quickly and was able to fix/replace parts the same day! Fantastic service!

Esteffon has amazing customer service and he was quick with his work. Our a/c stared blowing a little warm and he was at our house in 2 hours ready to fix the problem. Highly recommended!

Esteffon was very competent and professional. I will recommend Desert Freeze to my friends and associates

Fast response, offered to come out late at night for repair but told them morning would be fine, showed up at the time agreed too.

Esteffon diagnosed and fixed my AC unit thoroughly. I m very satisfied.

My husband placed a new eco bee thermostat and our ac wasn t working afterwards. He put the old thermostat back on, the ac worked. Half hour later, Desert Freeze was here and explained why the eco bee wasn t working. So now we can control our ac from our cell phone.

We have had allot of companies look at our AC over the years but by far Desert Freeze exceeded them all as far as customer service honesty trust and making sure I understood every detail that was needed. Esteffon is going to do great things across this valley his prices are 25-30% cheaper and his work is excellent!! I highly recommend Desert Freeze Give him a call YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

Very professional...made sure the job was done right and fixed issues made by other AC company! Will use again

Called right away and came on time. Did a good job installing our new HVAC thermometer. Now, our system is running smoothly and efficiently.
