Rodney is absolutely incompetent. Lazy, argumentative, complained that it was Monday, tried to come up with any excuse to not do the repair. He ended up leaving still broken dryer, I called him to come back and he spent another hour silently digging into the dryer and refusing to answer any of my questions, because he had no idea what he was doing. Too bad my warranty sent him.
