I discovered water coming up to the surface of my front yard after removing bushes. Jim was at my home within 30 minutes of my call. It took a few hours of digging before Jim found the problem. He showed me the broken fitting and explained my options. We had to do without running water over night, but Jim and his helper were at my home early the next morning. The both worked continuously until my service was restored. Based on the amount of hours worked alone, the cost of my repair was very reasonable.

Not only was Jim on time (on a Saturday yet!), but extremely reasonable, polite and friendly, but knows his business inside and out. He did a partial diagnosis prior to even seeing our heating unit. I most highly recommend Jim for all your heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs!
