Desert Prestige reached out immediately after I went on Angie. They came out same day (evening) to connect my dryer. After discovering a missing connector, Rey returned first thing the next morning and completed the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services.

The technician arrived on time with a ‘on my way’ text. Explained the problems with our 24 Year old refrigerator and gave the exact cost, did the repairs and maintenance, cleaned up and on the way out he fixed our door knob we didn’t have the right tool to fix!!! We are so happy Prestige was the first to reply to my Angi request.

Prestige came out, icemaker not working in fridge in garage. Took freezer apart and diagnosed the need for an evaporation unit cover. Ordered it, replaced it $440 paid and no ice being made. Tech came back out and diagnosed needing a new compressor $1360 although fridge and freezer cooling and freezing at the exact right temp. I passed on that. They offered to take out new evaporation cover and refund $220. I said no we would take the $440 hit and move on. I am buying ice at the store now. Tech was extremely nice and efficient, but I didn't get the results I wanted.

Their customer service was excellent. They're professional, honest and a joy to work with. They checked my washer and realized it would be better to purchase a new washer than spend unnecessary money trying to repair something that would cost more to repair than waste my money on something that would soon break again. I appreciate their honesty. The staff is excellent. I would be happy to recommend them anytimr.
