I needed smoke detectors replaced at two properties because the detectors were well over ten years old. I was looking for a handyman, but connected with Desert Alarm Company instead. A person by the name of Seth took the order, and we negotiated an agreeable price for the project. The service person was a technician named Joe who was working alone. Normally I would have done this myself, but I no longer feel safe using a ladder, particularly on high ceilings. Because Joe was working alone, I assisted him by being his gofer, and handing him the materials so he could better apply himself to the task at hand. The job took 50% longer than anticipated (maybe because I helped?) but there was no attempt to increase the agreed upon price. I'm very happy with the work, and would recommend this company to anyone who would seek my humble opinion. Thank you, Jim Ray (Property Owner)

I have only had the system for just over one month. I did have a learning curve and so far Seth has been very helpful getting me straightened out. Install met my high standards, and Seth's assistant (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was very good and did an exceptional job with the install and cleaning up and even raking my gravel yard to erase their footprints when finished.
