Don, the Desert Sky Landscape designer, helped us design a fantastic back yard landscape project. His expertise helped us to pick out plants, trees and cacti and even suggested a nice way to add a pathway to our design. We picked out our own trees at the nursery with Don. The DSI Crew put in the entire project in two days at the end of March. We Love it.

I went with Desert Sky over lower priced companies due to convenience. I got several bids for this project and most were below what I paid for this project. Since my new home came with front landscaping by Desert Sky, and I wanted the job completed expeditiously, and the coordination between the front and back yard were important to the overall project I sacrificed about 4000.00. That said, I found the experience a positive one in regards to timeliness, quality, customer service and overall project satisfaction.

We selected Desert Sky Landscape for our front and backyard landscaping. I had created the plans myself and DSL performed the work. I would rate them better than average, as they were very good at what they did. Weakest areas were their obtaining plants that lowest price, not best quality, evidence by minimal root growth for the size containers. As typical of most landscapers, they do not dig oversize planting holes to backfill with organic planter mix that is mixed with natural soil. They are, however, conscientious and followed my instructions, arriving each day shortly after 8 a.m., working hard in the heat, and cleaning up at the end

Bret Clifton and his group did an excellent job transforming, our backyard into an absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to be. It was all done in one day. Sales Rep was courteous and on time, reviewed all aspects of project. Contract was to Xeriscape front yard, repairng damage done by previous unqualified landscaper. Crew came on the date agreed to. Work was performed as contracted. New watering system installed satisfactorily. Problem was that I could never get anyone to call me back when a couple of plants died under warranty and needed to be replaced. So, the work got done, which was fine, but the customer service is awful and forget your warranty: no one will come back to fix the problem.

After having SO MANY bad experiences with landscapers, I was a bit insecure AFTER choosing this vendor. I didn't need hand holding, but more frequent and better communication would have been appreciated. Regardless, what an OUTSTANDING experience!

I thought that Desert Sky did a good job on the landscaping. They got started quickly and had the yard completed in a little over a week. The only suggestion I would have is to make sure that they communicate fully with their clients, as we were told twice the crew would be coming back to finish our yard and they did not show up or call to inform us that they would not be coming on both occasions. They only way to know what was going on was to email Jim and wait for a response. Overall, we were satisfied. We are still currently waiting for some dead plants to be replaced, hopefully this week.

So far its been great working with DSL. Have made all appointments on time and have made the planning process really easy. Beautiful design and layout. Only thing I didn't like were a few of the plants that were replaced when the first batch didn't make it. Great Company!!

Mike and MGM Landscaping(a division of Desert Sky)were exceptional from the beginning of this process until it was completed this afternoon. Mike came to our house and spent hours talking us through our garden, recommending plants and trees and showed us a plan of what he thought would look good that first day. His 5 man team showed up on time, were extremely professional and couteous, getting us excited about what they were planning to do with our yard, and finished the whole project in a day! We are extremely happy with the results and would readily recommend Mike and his team to anyone
