First of all, thank you to the company for including your sticker with your phone number on our old water heater. This is so helpful when it comes time for repairs or in our case a new one! Next, upon calling the company, I must say the administrator / scheduler was so nice and very helpful. She was able to give us a same day appointment (on a Friday no less!). And finally, not to be outshined, Matt Shumaker was our specialist and he was amazing. Matt explained what needed to take place, went over the cost with us and changed out our old water heater both quickly and with great care. We couldn't be happier. Thank you, we will definitely share our experience with any friends in need of your services.

This company has excellent service, especially from David Shumaker. He was excellent communicator in discussing the problem with my celling leak . Quickly repaired it, for a late evening repair work.

Had a Novo soft water system installed by Nick Perry. Nick is professional and his work is flawless. He was able to install the same day the quote appointment was made. After install he took the time to explain how the system worked and answered all my questions. My water quality is great. I would highly recommend Nick from Desert Water Heaters.

Matt shoemaker, just came out and fixed my faulty waterline from a water softening company which I just had installed. It was spraying water into the water heater, which seemed like the water heater was leaking. He diagnosed it very quickly and was able to fix faulty waterline and cleaned out the water heater. He made sure everything was perfect. Did a really awesome job..his work is top-notch.
