Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter, LLC

I have used this company for several small plumbing jobs. They are always quick to respond and do excellent work often replacing things that were cheaply done by others for no cost just to make it right. I have sump pumps at my house that from the first week I moved into my house 7 years ago have broken down and failed almost every six months like clockwork. Finally the whole system just completely collapsed. Nick and his team responded immediately to my call and were able to replace the entire system for less than other companies. More importantly they knew exactly what they were doing and made it right. Now this constant headache of a problem should be done and done well. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and everyone who has used them has been very pleased with their work. I can not recommend them highly enough! Iâ d give them 10 stars or MORE if I could. Itâ s rare to know for certain a company will do good work and not take advantage of you in a desperate time of need but I can say with confidence I trust this company with all my plumbing needs.

When I called, they were willing to come immediately. Nick, the owner, did the work himself. He was courteous, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and quick. He went above and beyond what was expected, i.e. adding a new shutoff valve with pipe replacement. The price was very reasonable (almost as low as a friend would charge). Their main business is installing plumbing in new construction, but they are also willing to do small jobs like mine. I highly recommend this knowledgeable, friendly and efficient company for all plumbing needs. They certainly have my business in the future!
