Design Everest is simply the best company to work with for any architectural work. I recently worked with this company for my project in Bay Area. It was an amazing experience. They expedited my plans & finished it well before the deadline. They made themselves available to me for any comments from the County. They explained the whole process very well from the beginning. Tushar was very responsive and professional. He helped push my projects with the structural team. I think I found the best architecture team for all my projects moving forward. SCAM ALERT We hired this company for structural drawing. We plan on using the space in the ceiling for storage. They took our money. Guarantee to have the drawings done in 10 days, before Christmas. It is now March. No explanation on why it was delayed. No drawing. No draft. After reading the reviews and looking into the company, I do not think this is legitimate. I believe this is a one-person show outsourcing their work. I have never been able to get a hold of anyone working on my project constantly leaving messages for management to get in touch with me. No response.

As we conveyed earlier, we cannot revise engineering plans without revised architectural plans. We only received PDF markups with suggested changes which were insufficient input for us to complete our work. This is also a standard practice as the structural set of plans should match the arch set of plans in order to receive the permit approval. Since then, we have been waiting for the revised architectural plans from you so we can make the required changes in our engineering plans and complete your project. We are happy to resume working on your project with the proper procedure and you can reach out to us anytime."

This is the worst Engineering Design firm. They outsource their engineers from India. They are incapable of accomplishing the plans on time. Do not use this place. We are still waiting for our structural and civil plans. You can not speak with the engineers directly and have to go through an intermediary who lacks the basic knowledge about construction. They are completely incompetent and all of their positive reviews are fake! Do not use this company. They are completely incompetent You will get nothing but aggregations.

I had such a wonderful experience with Design Everest and Aakash. I knew it was going to be good from the get go because of their quick response. I had left messages for other structural engineers and either they called back several days later to just say the project isn't big enough or some never even called. Design Everest collect all the information needed, sent out their contract and got started right away. They did an excellent job on our Saratoga project. I highly recommend them!

I have for years wanted to convert my barn into ADU in back of my house. I never could find anyone in my small town who could design it. My contractor referred me to Design Everest. Design Everest, Mayank Sharan and his team could have not been more professional, thorough, and patient. They helped me create the design and submitted it to the planning and building department. We had many set backs due to it was a barn conversion near the San Andreas Fault line. Maynak and his team never got frustrated and showed perseverance. I highly recommend Design Everest. Needed a structural inspection to see what it would take to remove an interior wall. Never done this before. Got a prompt and thorough proposal for the work, the engineer came, inspected attic, etc. took pictures. A couple of days later got a complete report and description of what it would take to remove the wall. Very professional. If we do decide to remove the wall we will hire Design Everest for the needed architectural and structural services.

I used Design Everest as the structural engineer and T24 engineer for my single family residential project in Big Bear California and I highly recommend their services. Here is a summary of my experience with the company. The first person I contacted on the company was Jessica Passage. She responded to my first request in the same day. Jessica was very professional and friendly, she was quick to respond to emails and was also available by text and phone. The project Manager for the Job was Ronak Thakker. Ronak was also very friendly and professional. He was very fast to respond to all my emails, usually he answer the emails short after have received it. He was also available by phone and text. The fast communication made the project progress very efficient. I was pleased with the structural drawings and Title 24 set that they submitted. I submitted the drawings for permit and the drawings come back from plan check with only very minor comments. Design Everest was able to respond to all the comments within One week, and I was able to re-submit the plans for the second round review. The plans were approved. We are building the project now and Design Everest is available to answer question and provide clarification to the contractor. Overall the whole experience with Design Everest was very enjoyable. I did not have any issues with them during the whole process. The whole team is friendly and professional. The project fee was very reasonable for the work that they provided. Overall I recommend Design Everest and I will use them again in my future projects.

I was referred to this company design Everest because I wanted to build A small ADU in the back of my house. I thought maybe because I m building some thing small they would treat me differently but on the contrary I felt like they treat me as if I was building $1 million house. I ll definitely recommend them. I don t need to give me quality work but it also give me great service. Everyone were really nice but my dealing was primarily with Ronak who was my project manager and Lothain was my designer. Don t know what else to say about them they really are great people. I definitely recommend this company. And I will definitely do business with them again

This was our first opportunity to with an architectural design team and the experience couldn't have been better. From our initial conversation with Josh who made me feel like I was talking to a friend as he explained every detail and price point to our amazing experience working with our Project Manager, Nanak. Our Architect directed us to this company for structural drawings and plans. I have to say, in the entire process of purchasing a home, coming up with architectural plans for a remodel and then translating into structural drawings, Design Everest was head and shoulders above all the parties involved. The PM (Nanak) was prompt, on top of the details and very responsive. He proactively flagged any delays and hold up in schedule and followed up with updates on status and any feedback from the city or engineer throughout the process. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, promptness and efficiency.

Excellent and highly interactive service! My son needed specifications and calculations in order to obtain a construction permit for his BSA Eagle Scout Project. This has been a lucky find for me. Aakash and the designer Mr. John M. have been very patient with me. I had 8 iterations of the design where we are remodeling a four bedroom two baths house in Palo Alto to a five bedroom four bath house and adding a family room. The main constraint was utilizing the maximum allowed square footage and reusing as much of the structure as possible to minimize construction costs while at the same time designing a large family home. On all these three counts, John has delivered well. I have run the design by more than a dozen contractors, and many have praised that this has been the best design they had seen ever in terms of details and structural engineering.
