Steve is incredibly talented and simply the best! Everyone who visits admires my home especially my backsplash and wooden floors. He is easy to communicate with, prompt, and reliable. He has a keen eye for details, current styles, colors, visual interest and space. My master bath and kitchen were completely renovated as well as smaller projects. All have exceeded my expectations. I now have a new friend in Steve, but most of all my house makes me happy!

work has just started

We needed a complete redesign of our kitchen and dining room area, as well as entry and powder room. Steve and Mark knew exactly what we needed and designed a space that works perfectly for our family. They were a joy to work with. They were very personable as well as professional, promptly addressing any of our questions. We trusted them completely and we recommend them wholeheartedly!

This was a huge project -- a completely new townhouse. i worked with Steve on every step from the original design of the entire space, through selection of everything (furniture, appliances) and millions of decisions big and small, to completion. Steve was 100% fantastic -- organized, responsive, diligent, collaborative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened so well to my needs and respected them -- he applied his impeccable taste to our style and wishes. He is both big picture and detail-oriented. The results were wonderful -- just what we wanted. I could not have done this without Steve. It has now been almost 6 years since we moved in, and I love our home and am so grateful to Steve.

Steve and his associates have done several rooms in my homes and every job has been handled professionally and in a timely manner. He has designed kitchens and bathrooms and been instrumental in decorating three different homes at different times. He is very easy to work with and has access to wonderful vendors. If I move again he will definitely be the one I will contact to help me with my next project. Love his ideas and practicality. I highly recommend Design Five for any decorating and design needs.

I was really intimidated when I started the search for an interior designer. After several interviews were a bust, I stumbled upon the DesignFive website and was immediately put at ease. Steve and his team are so approachable and make you feel comfortable from the very first meeting. Theyâ ve been gifted the superpower of nailing your style but within the parameters of a thoughtfully designed and well-executed plan. I also love that no project is too big or too small, and that theyâ ll work within your budget to deliver something amazing. Need a color consultation? No problem. Need a kitchen gutted and redesigned from the ground up? Done. Their process is organized and thorough, but most importantly- fun! Weâ ve completed several projects now, and I wouldnâ t love my home as much as I do without Steve and his team. I canâ t recommend them enough.
