When I had contacted Mike Tribble he was prompt for our first meeting. My project was not to be scheduled for several years but he was very nice to meet with me. He is very professional and open to suggestions. He offered much valuable information about the process of remodeling a home and what it might entail. I would definitely recommend his services.

Work is not complete yet but experience so far has been extremely good.

Mike was professional and accommodating in every aspect of the project. He researched suppliers for special items we needed for our project. He kept us informed of his schedule and how we could get ahold of him if he was out of town. He was receptive and accommodating with any changes we wanted to make. We will definitely use Mike and Design Significance Architecture for any other projects we may have.

I don't think you could find a nicer guy to work with. Very detailed and knowledgeable and most importantly, willing to listen. Mike went out of his way to meet with us and to help us through the design process from our first meeting at our home to delivery of the final plans to the county. Mike has also been our intermediary to the county, answering all of their questions and concerns and advising us of our options concerning our remodel project. DSA was a great choice!

Mike provided over the top help. He was available to us for the entire project. His knowledge of our problems in dealing with the Washoe County Building Department helped us so much. I would recommend DSA for any and all projects. He is very professional and helpful. We were very fortunate to hire Mike.

Design Significance Architects and Michael have been spot on. From the initial visit to the site to get an overall view through meeting with us at our home to gauge our style and design imperatives, Michael took our input and designed a home we love. He listens. His suggestions for details always kept our budget in mind. He went beyond to smooth the bumps from TRPA and regulatory overload. We look forward to construction and appreciate his suggestions of contractors to choose from.He provided. quality and timeliness throughout the project and we highly recommend him for your project.

Mike went the extra mile for me and didn't charge me and went the extra mile to make sure I was satified. He was egar to do the work and was quick on the response and me being retired I was ready with the money and ready to go but he didn't know that. Any time I called him and had a problem he jumped on it and help me even though there wasn't much. I didn't have to keep calling him and he called back every time in a timely matter. Since 1963 I have been a carpenter, a super tenant, contractor, forman etc.. and Mike is the real deal.

We enjoyed our meeting with Michael regarding our project, and his enthusiasm for it. While we've decided we need to defer further planning on the project, we intend to contact this firm first if we find we can proceed in the future.

I am still in process of working with Mike. He is attentive and is very knowlegeable.
