Donna and I established an immediate rapport and I knew I didn't need to look any further. From start to finish, working with Donna and her team was fabulous easy. She turned rooms with beds into proper bedrooms and found underutilized spaces to make an office and game room. She brought her own furnishings and use lots of my stuff as well. After all the rearrangement, the house was gorgeous and the photos online were AMAZING. I had a full price offer on my house after the first weekend. I highly recommend Design Studio 312.

Great experience with Donna. She took the time to understand our needs and specifically the mood and theme we wanted to create in the basement. The outcome is an amazing fun sports themed space filled with games, a big screen and a workout section. Excellent place for gatherings with friends.

I hired Donna from Design Studio 312 to stage our house that was going up for sale. Donna was super responsive and attentive to our needs, very thorough in her approach and provided excellent customer service. The staging design was perfect for the space and installed within days of the initial call. Not only does the house look awesome, it also smells incredibly as air fresheners were put in many rooms. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Lauren and Donna for staging our home. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost of the project and 312's flexibility regarding the use of their furniture for as long as needed. They arrived on schedule to do the staging within a couple of days after making the first visit to look over the property; and did an outstanding job picking the right type of items for the house including furniture, pictures, and decorative items which complement the layout of the home and room colors perfectly. Virtually everyone who has toured the home has commented on how nice it looks with the staging. We're certain that it contributed significantly to receiving an offer less than a week after listing the home.
