Design X Architects

I recently worked with Design X Architects on a tenant improvement (TI) project. We encountered several difficulties with the city that required design changes that I did not want to make. Design X was able to fight for what I wanted and get it through as is. They have a deep understanding of city codes and zoning, which enabled them to argue back to the city and make our vision a reality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an architect.

While small, our project brought with it certain complexities which were addressed skillfully and professionally. A major objective of the assignment was to clear City Plan Check with few corrections. The plans submitted accomplished that intent, as no plan check corrections were imposed and the plans were approved based on the initial submittal. Jonathan was clear in his communication and delivered exactly what he said he would do â always on or ahead of schedule. Speaking as an Architect myself, I would entrust a project of any size to this firm.

I hired X architects in more than 8 or 9 projects and itâ s was a peace of mind just to give him the projects and let him deal with the creative design and the city requirement he handle the project professionally I will recommend him for any future projects

Design X was hired to design an ADU in Orange. We had revisions to avoid the excessive city and school taxes. Jonathan was responsive and diligent with his work. I cannot speak for the "value for the money", because I didn't shop around much. Overall, I would recommend his services.
