Do not hire this company completely unprofessional refused to do proper prep and grading. Caught then drinking a 12 pack of beer in my yard should of fired them then but let them continue job which was a bad idea. The patio was poorly done, lines and stamping were crooked poor attention to detail, poured and sealed up a downspout and a cable thats sticking out the top stairs. The patio now has to be completely ripped out and replaced. Almost impossible to get them to respond, damage to my house and total disrespect of my property. It?s unreal how they did this job thinking they were doing this right. Save yourself the trouble and find another company.

Manny was great so professional. Very quick and had the best price. My project needed a drain put in and this was not planned but manny did it and didn't charge me extra for it. They were very clean didn't leave anything in my yard made sure to pick it up and spray things off. I'm would highly recommend them.

I cannot possibly write a review that stands up to the job that Manny and his team did on our backyard patio. It is absolutely INCREDIBLE work. First, letâ s start with the price: I had three quotes from three separate companies and Design Quality Concrete was right in the middle of them all and with the professionalism of him and his te he could easily charge much more for the work but sticks to a fair and affordable price. That is not something you see everyday in this world. Secondly during the planning phase he was very helpful in helping with the vision of what we wanted our backyard to become. Then the magic really began. Manny and his team came out swinging (literally) on demo day and had the entire frame and ground prepped in one day. The second day they added the gravel and the rebar and it was ready to pour. For a 21x15ft patio that is an impressive feat to have done in two days. Then came the rain and the delays until a sunny day for pouring. Manny was incredibly responsive and kept me well informed of the situation and how the schedule was being impacted and how we were moving forward. When the day came to pour the concrete his team was spectacular again and really made our patio one of a kind and incredibly special. Throughout the entire process Manny was everything you would want in a contractor and more. I would recommend him and his company to anyone that asks and if you read this review and are trying to decide who you should hire I am here to say 100% you should hire Design Quality Concrete LLC for your job! Looking forward to years of memories on our patio!

I hired Manny to install a new broom-finish driveway. What i got was a very ugly, splotchy product. Terrible finish, bad framing, and uneven curing. And?they washed their tools off on my front lawn, so now i have to repair that, too.

Excellent work. Good attention to detail. They came in, worked incredibly hard, and got the job done. Plus their pricing was very competitive and provided a clear written estimate.

Crew are professional and explain the detailed of the project. They are coming back to add addition pavers, do the sealant and will help us to move back the items to it's place. Highly recommended

Extremely poor communication were told crews would be onsite then never showed up. They would show up unexpectedly and bypass/jump locked gates to work. Scraps and debris left around job sites for days/weeks at a time. Made the mistake of completing payment before the job fully complete and will be completing firepit ourselves as they have stopped communicating altogether.

Poor finish work. I was told, would have someone come out and discuss cleaning up, some of it was done poorly, but nobody ever came out. One day was told the crew would be there any minute and they never showed. This business could use more coordination and keep its word. I would not recommend them.

Lack of follow-through. Did not complete all items in contract. Clean up was not very good. Communication was not timely. The bid was reasonable.

I worked with Steve Matos, the sales manager who bid my job. He was great to work with and made sure my job was done right. He actually made sure I got more than I was expecting with my bid and final job, they were professional and knew what they were doing. My new 75 foot driveway looks great. I had the edges stamped and colored. It is awesome. They removed the old driveway, then used electronics to set the grade and frame the new driveway. Next they poured gravel and packed it before laying thick rebar for the job, they then poured it and had not just workers, but artists who shaped and stamped our driveway. They also did this quality work at the best price. I paid half upfront and never worried about the job. Steven maintained great communication on every step of the job. Steven walked through the finished job with me and made sure I was happy with the work and finished product. I was happy to pay the 2nd half for the job when it was done. I feel I got a top quality job at a great value, Thank you Steve Matos and all the folks at Quality Design &Concrete. The owner Eli even showed up to the job site and was one of the hardest working people there . Nice Job. And thank you all so much, Scot McCallister

Great communication , quick turnaround, quality work.

They were friendly, professional, and they talked with me about the project, making sure we both had the same thing in mind as they worked on it.

The crew is professional and know what they are doing. Our driveway/ walkway/ steps project took much longer than originally promised since they seemed to be busy with other projects. When the crew is at the site they work together well. We are happy with the results.

They exceeded our expectations on our driveway replacement. Our neighbor was so impressed, they had them do theirs as well. They were great at communication, met the schedule and were easy to work with. I'd happily recommend them to anyone.

These guys are professional, timely, and did exactly what they said they would do. The slab they poured for an older 2 car garage required quite a bit of prep, and they did it all in the time frame we were told it would take. Highly recommend!!
