A little tough to reach by phone, but very accommodating and efficient. They do excellent work.

very poor initial results! many drips, a puddle with a definable rim and an easily indentifiable "fixed" indented area around the drain (that i paid extra for), but most alarming is the prescence of sharp clumps of grit under the porcellin inside the majority of the tub basin. in their defense, they are returning to sand down the tub and try again. but who has time to do everything twice?
