I would never ever reglaze my tub again. I thought the third time was the charm when he kept having to come back to fix the glaze, but I was wrong. It lasted for about six months and the glaze bubbled and peeled.

Hired this company in April 2010. Tub was resurfaced, the day of there were several spots that needed to be re-done, since they were alreay dripping off, he came back to make the repairs a month later. Then Feb 2011, we had several spots that were pealing. He came back out and assessed the areas, did the repair work then wanted to charge $125, which should be covered under warranty. I cannot stress enough, do not hire this company, it has been a disaster. Terrible attitude, terrible workman ship, poor communication. A real mess all the way around.

He was on time, polite and cleaned up neatly afterward. The tub refinish is a little grainier than I expected but it is smoothing out over time. I would recommend Designer Tub and Tile.

First let me say Bob is a very nice man. That said, the job he did was just so so. He admitted he does not see as well as he used to and it showed. Some areas look great and others are awful. He said he would be back in a month to make sure everything had cured well. Finally came almost three months later and that was after a phone call. By then there were many spots that needed attention and he did a cursory job with those. There is now a spot on the tub that is beginning to peal. We said we were not having good luck cleaning the tub with the recommended products and he said he would contact the company and get back to us - still waiting

Bob was easy to reach and communicated well. He showed up when scheduled and left the premises in descent order. He was willing to talk with other contractors on site and his suggestions were found useful. He was helpful in determining what I needed to do to be sure project proceeded without complications as I wasn't planning to be home while he was here.

After multiple attempts to resurface 2 tubs and surrounds, both projects were completed with inferior quality results. The tub surfaces are so slippery it is difficult to shower safely. Many areas of the tub were not covered by the painting product leaving the project to look horrible. I feel Mr Dillon mis-represented his capabilities. It was a costly venture for us since we will now need to replace the tubs.

Bob was professional, called when he was late and came back to touch-up the tub. However, I am not as satisfied as the first time I had the tub done. Maybe it's because it's the second time around. The bottom of the tub is not as smooth as I expected. I can still feel the peeling pieces from the first glazing under the new one. It looks like the tub needed to be sanded some more.

"Surface was not completely dry before use. Bathmats may also cause roughness. Care is important and criticial during the first few days after application."

I didn't meet Bob, put the good thing was he came and did the job when he said he would, and today that's a big plus.

It is a great value over replacement, and I was right on Budget. Communication was difficult since you were away that week."

Bob came and did a large bathroom (tiled walls tub and surround) also a kitchen counter and backsplash and another two bathroom sinks. I chose some difficult colors and they all came out great. He came when he said he would and even came back to do some touch ups right away. Thanks Bob!

Bob Dillon was our contractor. He did an OK job. There were some spots he had to come back and touch up - he never got all the spots I could find. He sprayed the tile floor in addition to the tub surround. It looks like the floor is not standing up as well to refinishing - or maybe it just didn't adhere as well.

"Application was made 2yrs ago. At that time a follow up was done and Customer signed off on project. Floor adhesion may be due to care. Surface scratches and chips indicate items dragged across. I will take care of Warranty items if there is a problem."

My bathroom was covered in 1950s pink and teel tiles - all 4 walls, plus the tub and shower. I had Designed Tub & Tile reglaze it all in a color that I chose from Sherwin-Williams. Looks beautiful! Like new! Thank you.

The tub came out fine, there are some areas that it looks like the paint that was chipping off underneath was not scraped off well enough, but overall it suits the short term fix we were looking for. On the other hand, when I got home that night to check it out, my bathroom was a MESS. There was a white powder all over EVERYTHING in the bathroom, including bottles of lotion, make up, and our toothbrushes. I've never gotten anything like this done before so it wasn't common sense to me to remove everything. I wish that Bob had mentioned this because I had to wipe every surface and every item in the bathroom once the project was finished.

"I talked with Customer and find it hard to believe I missed that much Dust. Some I am sure due to the nature of this paticular project. Personal items she mentioned were removed to hallway during process. Room was vacuumed and dusted to finish. Items she mentioned were also rinsed when finished. MESS and EVERYTHING, I didn't see it. The Before/After results are dramatic."

We had an old tub that had been re-finished before. Bob stripped it down and made it look like new in about 3Hrs. He matched the color of the adjacent sink and toilet perfectly.
