Mold & Toxic Material Test
When I spoke to Mike I was under the impression that it would be $150 for the job but it is actually was $150 per test and I had to do 5 tests so would ask to him to be more clear up front on how many test would be required.

Came to look at drywall repair; ended up doing roof work to repair leak in roof that caused drywall damage. Also cleaned out all gutters. Determined that leak had not caused mold in drywall. Is a mold abatement specialist and very knowledgeable about mold dangers. Will call again for other projects that I'm planning later in the year.

Great job all around. Quick response, came by the same day I spoke with him to give a quote and then returned two days later, on a Sunday, to complete the work. Neat and organized. Left everything in great shape. will hire again. Thanks!

Workmanship is great. On time. Helpful. Only complaint was the trash removal - that was our responsibility, wasn't expecting that.

Mike and Carl were professional, competent, quick, and cleaned up the job site when finished. Best of all, when they found an alternative way to stabilize my joists, they revised the price on the job and saved me money. I recommend then highly.

Mike provided excellent and timely service. The skylight repair underwent a 24hr dousing yesterday with nary a leak. He contacted me promptly, was at my house when he said he would be, and maintained appropriate communication throughout the job.

They were very timely in getting the job scheduled and completed. They were friendly and professional and maintained good communication during the job as well as follow-up. I did feel they could've done a better job of cleaning up afterwards.
