Desmond construction is awesome. There was not a long waitlist. He was able to get me in quickly. The work that he did with replacing my floors into hardwood was absolutely phenomenal. It turned out so beautiful. I would completely recommend Desmond construction!!!

Mike & Tracy were awesome. Their attention to detail was great. We replaced 2 decks and built a new 3rd deck. So it was a big project. They took the extra time to make sure everything looked perfect and they asked us a lot of questions, making sure that it was the way we wanted it. I will and have recommended them in the future for any project that you have.

I was so impressed with the price I just had to go with Desmond Construction. Not only was the price so good but the work itself was amazing. I was given better options/ideas then I planned for and I m so glad he offered them. They worked out for the best and I couldn t be more happier for my deck.

Michael seemed very pleasant and professional at first. He was friendly and called when he said he would. After coming to see the project he said I would be very impressed with their work. I mentioned to him that I had been having a hard time finding a contractor that doesn t no show. After he left, he never got back to me with a bid. After two and half weeks I contacted him and he emailed me stating his available time would be out further than he first said. I told him that we were flexible and that was okay. He has no longer been communicating. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication.
