TV Wall Mount
After paying David over $10,000.00 for our system to be installed we have been unable to reach him for service. Our contract started on 6/2/2014. He stated to complete the programming of the Blue-ray player and remotes, David needed a program from his home PC and would return to complete the programming; HAS NOT RETURNED! I received texts confirming he will show up only to waste our days waiting for a NO SHOW. David sold us an extended warranty, ensured we would receive warranty paperwork, it has been over 60 days and no warranty has been received. I am now taking additional action.

I hired David to install and program a home automation system and video monitoring system for my home. He was extremely responsive in the early stages of the project. completed 70% of the work. Now that he has most of money he does not respond to complete the project. I have a system that does not function the way I need it to and he has not delivered all the hardware that I paid for. It has been over a month in trying to contact him with no response to email, text or phone calls. Extremely Frustrating!!!!!

Destiny Lightig & Electrical responded to my request request promptly, and the owner,David, provided much needed expertise and knowledge in an area that is always changing, and I knew very little about. A previous contractor had done a poor job of installing our original surround system a couple of years earlier, David provided some excelent solutions to my problems as well as recommendations for upgrading and improving my system. David supplied me with sveral options at various price levels, and explained each in clear detail. David did excellent work, and his customer service afterwards has been great.

David called promptly and when he listened to my problem, he was concerned there might be a fire hazard. After finishing his day, he stopped by at 7:30 pm to check on my problem. Turned out not to be so bad but he completed the job anyway. Was there until 9pm even though he had a very early job the next morning. Polite and helpful and will definatly use him again.

I liked that I was called as soon as I clicked the submit request for quotes button. The prices were very reasonable, they worked around my schedule, got the job done fast and even cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again, and would refer them to others. I am already looking into other home improvement projects that they may be able to do for me. More than 5 stars!!!
