Nick is very professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of home heating ,plumbing ,electrical and structural items . Nickâ s attention to detail provided me a home inspection report in which he pointed out several costly repairs that were needed to make my new home purchase a safe investment. The end results had the Seller making all the necessary repairs which saved me thousands of dollars and gave me the piece of mind during closing. Nick Bruno was professional , through, and helpful. Answered any questions I had. He did not rush through the inspection. He made sure to personally show me how to change the filters and visually inspect the heating system for monthly maintenance.
