In today's society everything is expensive. I REALIZE and understand that. But, the amount to pay is somewhat of a sticker shock. But, you can't put a price on your HEALTH and this young lady was very thorough and good at cleaning.

She was absolutely amazing! My home was left so immaculate that I am receiving my entire deposit back from my landlord! She was kind, patient and compassionate. She could tell I was having a hard time and made me feel at ease and told me she would take care of it and she did! She is competitively priced and worth every single penny and more!

Ms Frazier responded promptly and came at the specified time to give me an estimate for the job. She arrived on schedule and got right to work. Her performance far exceeded my expectations and her kindness and consideration were exceptional.

Detailed Cleaning came into our house and deep cleaned like it was their own. Ms Frazier is a very hard worker. I am so impressed with my whole house. We have cream carpet on the stairs and then the whole upstairs. She has made it look brand new. Our wood flooring downstairs was very clean and not sticky. She went above and beyond what I imagined. Our white cabinets and the cabinets under our island are gleaming! I didn’t know they were that bad. I chose her after she texted me back first. Then we spoke and I made up my mind before she came to our home for the walk through and estimate. I could tell by her enthusiasm and friendly voice that I would like her. She is so nice and personable. She was here right after the death of a dear relative. Her kindness and respectfulness towards our family was very appreciated. If you are looking for a great detailed cleaner for whatever your needs are. Detailed Cleaning is who you want. You won’t be disappointed.

Frehiwet was amazing. Customer service, professionalism and everything was excellent.

Back in November, I submitted a request for a cleaning company to come in and clean a home I was purchasing. Frechiwet Fraiser of Detailed Cleaning is the only person who called to set up an appointment. She offered to come give an estimate. Since I was still living in Chicago, she would have had to get the key from the property manager, she had no object to doing what was needed to get the job done. She and her team were very accommodating and nice! They were amazing at their job! They took a crappy old oven and made it look new! The stains were in the tubs and shower that I thought would never come out, were gone! I was amazed! Twice she offered to come back to finish when parts of the house were in the rehab phase. (she didnt want it messing up her floors) She even kept in touch during my move, and called me when I was in St. Louis, just wanting to see that I made it in safely. Not wanting anything, just checking in on me. You wont find someone that takes more pride in her work than Frechiwet. I guess what I am saying is, you cant go wrong with hiring her or her team. I intend for her to do my bi-weekly cleaning from now on!!!!!!

I am extremely impressed by the work ethic, wonderful, meticulous work they provided. They did an amazing and unbelievable job. The oven and BBQ grill looks like brand new. We just moved in and we needed a thorough cleaning and detail cleaning did exact thing what they promised. . Incredible value. Will hire them any time. Frehiwet , tu so much for taking care of us.

Not always responsive or timely, which is why I gave a 4 instead of 5 star rating, but they did excellent work even when I put them in a time crunch of needing to get the house cleaning completed before the initial requested time. I passed my move out inspection though so would definitely use again.
