The first time they came to clean my house, they did a fantastic job. However the next time they hardly spent any time in the house, there were several spots on the floor that were missed when they mopped, and they left the sink dirty from dumping the mop water down the drain. If you plan to hire Detailed Cleaning Services for maid service, make sure your schedule is EXTREMELY flexible. They will not work around your schedule whatsoever and suggest you go elsewhere for service if your schedule conflicts with theirs in the slightest. Detailed Cleaning Services also has a very big communication problem, having miscommunicated prices, arrive times, and availability while I was using their maid service. Overall, I would not recommend using Detailed Cleaning Services for anything but one-time cleanings. If you are looking for something more long term, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

Everything is fine except there answering the phone or text messages about questions. It can sometimes takes several hours or even the next day to get back to you.

They called to set up a consult. No confusing over the phone explanation of their fee schedule. Brenda came in, saw our unique needs and quoted a rate. She set up her team to come in and power cleaned. She estimated the time needed and that was exactly how long they needed. True professionals. Now on to maintainence cleaning!!!
