Andy, the owner of Detroit Gardens was great. My Mom’s backyard was a mess. He cleaned the entire yard out, which was a huge job and installed sod, designed flower beds, and put rocks down behind the garage. He also took care of a few maintenance issues. The yard looks great! He is hard working and did everything he said he would in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him!

Being a first time homeowner and a complete garden/yard novice, I was unsure of exactly what I wanted done in my yard. I have two dogs and I need a simple, uncluttered and easy to maintain yard. That is all the requirements that I gave Andy. He took that and came up with a beautiful yet simple design. He did not rush the project and took time and care to come up with his design. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail. I really appreciated his patience with all my questions and his willingness to teach me so much along the way. Andy and Chuck were so personable throughout the process that I was sad to see them go once the project was complete! I will definitely be working with them again. My friends who are experienced garden experts themselves, were equally impressed by their work and agreed that they completely transformed my yard. I highly recommend this talented team!

I expanded my project and the owner did not oversell me. Made great recommendations. When I hired them for sod, seed, power washing my brick patio and mulch the team that came out was great!
