In May of 2022 Mark and his crew re-roofed two barns and part of the house. Later that year in October, Mark and his crew returned to finish re-roofing the house and to rebuild a mudroom. At the end of October, we settled the bill and he said he would be back out that weekend to finish a few minor things. The weekend came and he texted us that he wanted to spend time with family. He did not set up another time to finish the job. We spent the next month trying to contact him numerous times. Finally, in late November he got back to us and said that he would be out that weekend but yet again he never showed up. We attempted to contact him again after that and received no reply. In the spring of 2023 we decided to attempt to contact him one last time only to find out that our phone numbers were blocked. So, here we are two years later still dealing with multiple issues that he knew about and agreed to fix but never did. Mark gives the appearance to be good and hard working person and uses that to his advantage but our experience is otherwise.
