Great work, great value.

I have been looking for someone special for awhile. After trying several different landscapers I finally found a keeper. Juan from Devana Landscaping stands out with his professionalism and easy demeanor. Surprisingly his bid was the lowest one I received. I couldnâ t be happier having found him. Juan, of Devana Landscape, was the type of person we were looking for. I gave him a list of 4-5 things we wanted him to price that we paid our other landscaper for. His response was "That is already included in the bi-weekly service price". He started the next week and has been great to work with, works well with our 2 dogs and started to work on our concerns. VERY GOOD RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR SERVICE. JUAN WHO CAME BY ON SATURDAY AND DID ASSESSMENT AND DISCUSSED SERVICE WITH ME WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY HAVE BEEN TO HOME ONCE SINCE SERVICE WAS SET UP AND DID A VERY NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP YARD, MOWING AND TRIMMING.

He comes on time. Very attentative to the yard, not just mowing the lawn. He trimmed bushes and trees as well. The yard looked nice.

So far they have not done work at our property - that begins Friday. However, the professionalism, promptness and willingness to do a good job is up there on the rating scale. Thank you for leading us in the right direction. Also, the conversations I had with Winter, Summer, Fall and Spring was wonderful - liked them very much. It's just that Devana was going to cost us much less per month.

He showed great diligence is presenting all insurance and licensing paperwork. He also handled my specific requirements with ease. Work is very good qualiy and was done on time.
